EVP of Customer Experience

I’m Burke White – Raised as an Army Brat (multiple states and Germany) until my father retired from the military and made Louisiana home. I have been in Nashville TN since 2000 and am happily married with four children, three dogs and two cats.

My role at Call Design is Executive Vice President of Customer Experience. The Services umbrella covers implementation, consulting, training, and ultimately making our customers happy. I have been with Call Design since 2013 but have been working in the Contact Center and Workforce Optimization/Engagement areas since the early 2000s. My favorite thing about working at Call Design is the People and Culture. That flows from our employees and leadership, on to the customers themselves. We focus on truly partnering with our clients, not just serving as a vendor. I enjoy spending time with my kids (supporting and even coaching their endeavors), playing basketball/softball, watching sports and great Movies / TV shows.
