Director of Innovation

I’m Shawn McCormick, located in Nashville, Tennessee; I’m Director of Innovation for Call Design North America. Starting as a sales engineer for Workforce Engagement Management, I moved to my current role where I support the strategic sales of our newest solutions and consulting offers, as well as working on future innovations that Call Design is bringing to market.

As you’ll probably hear from other Call Design employees, my favorite thing about working at Call Design is being part of a team with a talented, experienced group of people who have a strong commitment to our customers’ success.

I love music, especially classical, and I also like to bake.
